Reservation Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Please refer to the specific deposit and payment policies in your reservation confirmation. No security deposit is needed unless the rate booked requires full payment at the time of booking.

Reservation Update

If you booked your reservation online at our web site (https://www.themeridianmiami.com/), you can modify it online or email reservations@kasa.com. If you booked through a different website, please contact the original booking source to modify or cancel your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Had a change of plans? Cancellation terms are based on the Rate Plan that is booked.

Early Arrival / Late Departure

Whether you’re an early bird or a slow riser, no worries you can still check in early and out late. Available upon request and based on availability.

Resort Fee

Your $30 plus tax daily resort fee includes:

  • Stay Dry: Beach and Pool Towels are available in your room.
  • Take a Seat: Did you know the beach is just half a mile away? Take a stroll down to the water, and enjoy complimentary beach chairs.
  • Take a Ride: Ask a front desk agent for bike availability
  • Surf the Web: Enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi

Pets

Pets need vacations too! We welcome you to bring your furry friend on your getaway with a $50/day pet fee.

Parking

Does your car need a luxury stay too? We offer valet parking at $47/night with in & out privileges throughout the day.

Pool Hours

Take a dip in our beautiful plunge pool, located on the second floor from 8am to 7pm.
